900 Series ECO 100
- In an ever changing and increasingly cost driven minerals processing and dewatering environment, we now offer our 900 Series ECO – (ECOnomic) pump
range. - Retaining the built quality and reliability you have come to expect of all Balz pumps, the 900 Series now runs on fewer components, bringing about the cost saving.
- To be noted is that the 900 Series is only available in 4 Pole speed, retaining the wet end,(and performance) of it’s parent, the 100 Series Balz VS pump, which shared the rotating parts between the Higher Duty 2 Pole and the Lower duty 4 Pole pumps.
- The 900 Series is ideal for operations where commonality and interchangeability between their 2Pole and 4Pole vertical spindle pumps are not needed.
- Opposing outlets balances the thrust load. No overhung loads, smoother running, reduces vibration and improves bearing life.
- Accidental phase reversal cannot harm the pump or dislodge the impeller.
- Pump intake is above the floor of the sump.
- No bearing maintenance required. Bearings are lubricated and sealed for life.
- Patented sealing arrangement effectively prevents media from reaching the bearings during normal operation and if correctly installed.
- Can pump solids up to 15mm and density of up to 1.3.
