Expert CAD Designs and Drawings

A critical part of any full product development project, 3D CAD data is the driving force behind rapid prototyping, design simulation, and today’s fast track manufacturing techniques. Reliable and flawless CAD mock-ups and drawings are difficult to acquire, but our highly skilled 3D CAD designers are experienced in bringing new products to the market fast.

With our state of the art design capabilities using Solidworks and highly qualified and competent design team, there are no limits to what we are able to achieve.

We design products from the ground up, doing stress analysis, real world physical dynamics, flow analysis, accurate costing etc, before we have even manufactured a single part. Once a suitable design has been approved and accepted we are then able to measure the effectiveness of our design by printing these parts with our in-house
3D plastic printers. If changes are required, this can then be done easily and far more cost effectively as compared to being manufactured using standard practices.

Once final changes have been made and items are approved for production, we then utilize our CNC production facilities to manufacture items of the highest quality and to the closest tolerance.

3D Printing

What is 3D printing and how does it work?
3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created.

HOW DOES THIS SYSTEM ASSIST OUR BUSINESS ?

Rapid Prototyping

  • Proof of concept.
  • Saves costs on tooling, patterns and service bureaus.
  • Accelerates design process. Lead time of part in hours vs several days if outsourced.
  • Allows for in-house prototyping of tooling, mock-ups and related accessories.
  • Lets us launch superior products into the market as a result of multiple prototype designing.
  • Able to experiment with ideas previously thought impossible.
